Bag2u Dot Com Sdn Bhd act as the authorized dealer for our featured brand partner. Any claim of warranty must be accompanied by original proof of purchase and to be submitted to us. Warranty policy varies accordingly to the respective brand and are stated as below.

Our products are covered by a 3 years manufacturing  warranty from the date of purchase (Malaysia only). This warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship and doesn't apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect, normal wear and tear.




Refund : We do not offer any form of refund. You may, however, exchange your products within 14 days of receipt


Exchange : If you change your mind, or want to swap for something else, exchange requests can be submitted to our customer support email within 14 days of receipt.

You must return the product in its original condition together with the original receipt. Any accompanying tags must be intact and in the original packaging.

Products on sale are not eligible for exchanges.

We’re pretty stringent in monitoring and prioritising highest quality assurance with our brand partners, but occasionally something might slip through the cracks and we sincerely apologise.

Therefore, upon receipt of any faulty products or incorrect delivery of good, do contact our Customer Representative immediately and send it back to us within 14 days of delivery for a new exchange. We will compensate for the shipping fees.

Any accompanying tags must be intact and in original condition together with official receipt. Failure to do so would not be entitled for exchange.




  1. (Charges) FREE! All shipping and handling fee is covered by us.

  2. (Order Processing) Our Customer Service Representative needs to review and process your order information for shipping and we strive to commit within 1 working day.

  3. (Delivery) Once processed, orders will be delivered on the next working day. Peninsular Malaysia 1-2 working days, East Malaysia 3-5 workings days

  4. (Notification) A shipping notification email/sms will be sent to notify you of the tracking number and the courier service used to ship your order.

  5. (Uncollected Parcel) Orders which is unclaimed after 1 week will be return back to us. Once returned, customer would need to bear the re-delivery fees.

  6. (Coverage) Malaysia as of current, no International Shipping

  7. (Disclaimer) Delivery times vary based on courier company and selected destination
